WM 6.5.3 is not official Windows mobile,correct name is WM 6.5 Second edition.

But NO :-( there isn´t any WM 6.5 ROMS :-(

For Omnia 2 (i8000) there are already some non-official 6.5.3 roms (see link below). I was just asking if someone already cooked them for the b7610.

You can try I800 ROM on B7610 !

But i think,normally WM 6.5 is good ,and i haven´t reason to try 6.5 SE (6.5.3)

@Daidalos: Don't tell people that they can flash their B7610 using I8000 software, as this would screw up the device.

I've seen TG01 was presented with WM 6.5 SE (6.5.3) on CES2010 ( http://mobileosnews.com/?p=1436 )

I believe sooner or later someone will come with 6.5 SE ROM for B7610 (like 6.5 SE for i8000) if not SG.

Must say I'm looking forward to it and I hope it will be soon.

Would be strange if Samsung would no do a update for B7610.

What we need is a Clean ROM without this Samsung junk in it. A ROM like if you would install a original Windows on a PC. I hate OEM Junk.

Lol :) I tried I800 ROM on my B7610 and it functioned perfectly,and many my friends,but they haven´t brick theirs phone...

Please think.. :)

I've just tried with I8000 Rom (PDAViet) and it doesnt't run at all (first only PDA,next PDA + CSC,and finally PDA + CSC + Phone).

Please can you say wich rom you used ?

Daidalos you are saying you can use i8000 roms on b7610..that would begreat if it could..i allways wanted to try other roms on b7610 and see how it would be..
