Guest IZIIZI Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 Is there any software which can decode divx/xvid out there for Android? I can't beleive there are not projects trying to do this. I heard that core player are not going to develop anything due to limitations with andorid platform which isnt very reassuring.

Divx is an outdated codec, people should be using h.264, better quality @ same bitrate, albeit more CPU to decode. On the small Hero screen, generic MPEG4 is fine anyway.
