Omnia Flashing ?

Hi, quick question.

Being reading up on this for a while now, I'm still hesitating to go ahead.

My problem is I've read that USB 2 is better to use to update the firmware... my PC is old, with XP installed, so I decided to use my daughters which has vista, & USB 2 on.

But after reading this link http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-omnia-h...0-step-by-step/

I'm undecided.

Would it just be better to use my PC with the old USB ?

USB 2.0 is definitely better and more safe than USB 1.0, and it is easy to do on vista.

USB 2.0 is not needed. I just flashed my omnia on old, USB 1.1 notebook without problem.

All the failed flashes I've seen have been to do with using a USB 1.0 port, so I would use the vista computer
