Text message in deleted folder wont go....!!!!!

I have a text message in my deleted folder to the right of it it says 1/2.

It wont open, restore, delete it moves to the bottom of the list if i move more messages to the delete folder.

Tried turning off phone, pulled battery off the back.

Can I delete it from within active sync?

Any ideas?

Also why does this happen?

hmm. Try browsing to IPSMMAPI and deleting all the files in that folder (33242xxxxxxx.mbf type of files)
