The returns period has been increased from 7 to 14 days I expect to give the devs a bit more time to sort the 3G issues.

It was 14 days from day 1 (30 days for CA). It was never 7 days...

Assume it is 14 days from date of delivery, not order date ?

It is from data of order (atleast the HTC lady told it is!). If there is dust, just ask for swap, why return?

14 days from delivery date (when you get the phone) or so my work training paperwork says .
