problem with incoming calls

First of all thanks by your work and great ROM. I am using the 28025 ROM Normal and before i use the 28002 and in both i have the same problem. Perhaps someone knows how to fix it . Sometimes, not always when a incoming call comes i see a small blue screen when i see the number and the operator and when the call finishes the screen don't disapair . I need do a soft reset to remove that screen .

Any guy knows how to fix this?
