Hard cover case for Liquid?

Does anyone know where to get hard cover case for Liquid? Or at least silicon skin case?

From ebay I cannot find none.

For example for Nexus One there are dozens of hits while it only just was released:

There are several leather cases for the iPhone that will fit a Liquid fairly well, if you cut away a few extra bits.

I bought this one: http://www.teknikmagasinet.se/db.pl?templa...G%20skinnfodral which fits well if you cut some extra holes and trim a bit. Apple stores may have a similar one which prolly fits too.

The thing to remember is that you don't want to cover the light sensor, which is mounted at the upper right edge of the phone. If you cover the light sensor, you wont be able to answer the phone.

originally is for iphone, but fits correctly, may be a litlle little short in tall, but really beautifull and practical (have the push strip to exit the phone quickly)...

This isnt going to happen is it - there dosent seem to be much happening with the acer liquid at all. Very low key launch, it is officialy launched? in the UK i could only find one place to buy my amazing little phone. I hoping that we see some advertising and or accessories mixed with a little popularity and soon. This is clearly the second most powerful android phone on the market, second only to the nexus one.

Acer accessories are coming, eventually...

I want a longer lasting battery...

I think they should be able to fit 1800-2000 mAh in there for real, none of this Cameron Sino fake capacity stuff

im after a vertical flip case where the camera is actualy cut out of this back. None of this fold down s*** like the ADVERTISING SPAM one. I'm contemplating getting a book one instead...but the whole idea seems slightly impractical. Just want something i dont need to remove the phone from to use.

Want rubberized or hard plastic, at the very least silicone. I worry about the white bits scuffing, and leather is not good on plastic. It will wear it down in time Im certain.

Hello. I actually have a Cameron Sino battery for my Liquid - and it does seem to last longer than the standard.

(P.S. I am also using it on Rogers - actually FIDO.)

I've done tests

both lasted about the same

From my post on XDA forums

I'm going to run a more scientific test today

On the Original Battery, charged to 100%

End All with Advanced Task Manager (cept for some excluded tasks)

Turn on wifi, BT, GPS, brightness on max, using 3G

Media server App on

Swiftp on

Sygic mobile maps turned on

After the phone dies, ill record the time

Then charge up the Extended battery and do the same

So far, cycling the new battery for about a week, it seems to be about the same in capacity as the original

Tests results in

the original lasted pretty much exactly 3.5 hours

the extended lasted 3.5hrs as well

the leather cases aren't too bad if you give them a go. I've had them for other phones, it's the only way you can protect the whole phone without having to remove it(although u have to open the flap). If anyone has found a vertical flip case that's actually got a hole in the back for the camera let me know. All i've found is the ADVERTISING SPAM one, where the back folds down exposing 1/3 of the rear of the phone. Just looks stupid...

only one that suits is the noreve ones....but they are $65aud which is a bit pricey for a case

Found a silicone case on ebay finally! - unless someone else has already posted this?

Hopefully not too late for me as I just dropped my phone on concrete for the second time - this time hit the top corner near the headphone jack - popped that black plastic bit at the top out slightly - screen seems ok for now. White case is getting pretty beat up now though.

I had this one too. It is lighter but with less protection. Another backdrop is the problem with moisture when I put my liquid in the back pocket of my pants. Of course, it is much cheaper.
