Update to Livven Windows 7 boot animation

I really like Livven Windows 7 boot but it was missing the Windows 7 boot sound so I thought I'd include it. All the credit goes Livven and Microsoft, I'm just adding some bonus material. :)

Here is another startup animation. This was original created by Dielo but there wasn't a WQVGA version so I created one. The more I looked at it the more I thought this would go really well with Jeffrey2000's Windows 7 theme. The welcome screen uses the same image that Jeffrey2000 uses for the start button.
