Wireless Tether force closes

Hello all

First of all, thank you for a great forum - and great roms for the HTC Hero :)

I have run into a little problem with my GSM Hero - i have installed MoDaCo Custom rom - lately the 3.1 version - but the problem have excisted in the last two versions...

I cannot use Wireless Tether for root.

I can start the app, it ask for sudo access (i push allow) - and then the application force closes.
