When I receive an incoming call, the caller ID isn't displaying. I get the message ''Incoming Voice Call'', and that's it, so I don't know who's calling. I seem to remember I had this problem a while ago, but I can't remember how it was rectified.

I've spent hours over the last week trying to sort this, but no luck.

If anyone can point me in the right direction with some help, I would be very grateful.
