Is there any app that lets you backup any apps, settings and most important info from the liquid?

So after factory reset (if needed) so I don't have to install one by one.

Root your device, Put on Lickonns recovery image and do a nandroid backup.

There's also Titanum Backup (rooted phones only) than can backup and restore both applications and their associated data. Won't backup system data like nandroid but it's tolerant of O/S version changes.
