Help fixing loop

hi guys am at wits end. followed this guide to install superboot and the recovery image to phone. both showed on screen that the infomation was written and then said ok. i then detached my usb cable and removed battery. now when i turn on it just keeps looping android and t mobile.

i am running windows vista. can anyone help me get phone back. i have used search but they all seem to be issues after installing a custom rom and not like this.

any help would be brillient
