How to change the icons of your progams ?

Hello guys.

My question is how i can change my icons like facebook youtube twitter etc.

I want to try to change it but can somebody explain my ? And also in the dutch please.

Can somebody tell me what for progam i need.

I dont have photosop but paint.net.
