Lil problem after Nand Restore

Hi guys....after each time that i perform a nandroid restore to my MCR 3.1 I find a little problem on the scrolling the songs in the music app.

The scrolling problem is only in the section "song" and in the others, like album, artist, ecc.., the problem doesn't show.

Is somebody the same situation? What could be the problem?

The only way i fint to solve it is to perform a data wipe.....but i don't want to wipe each time.....

I think its a bug on the device.
