omnia problems

Hi I'm new to this forum and i don't know if i posted in the right section. My problem is with an Omnia that don't work the speaker. it always says that the headphones are connected, but they aren't. Pls tell me what can i do to solve this. I mention that with headphones connected all is working well (i can listen to music etc.) but without them i dont hear anything but the phone ringing sound when i receve a call. Sorry for my bad english and thanks all the way.
