Mic too quiet - caused by app???

Hi all,

I just bought a used Hero with MoDaCo 3.0 installed. Everything works fine, but every time I am talking to someone (maybe the main reason for a mobile ;-) ) the mic is way to quiet. Everyone keeps up telling me to speak louder.

After searching the forum and google, this problem could be caused by an app. Regarding an update to MoDaCo 3.1, how can I make sure to overwrite the afffected files

/etc/AudioFilter.csv

/etc/AudioPara4.csv

/etc/AudioPreProcess.csv

Will they be overwritten just by normal update? Is there any other possible reason for my problem? Checked the postion of the mobil, I am not closing the mic with my fingers ;-)

I already tried a reset (home and back buttons + power button). Reset worked, but the problem still remains.
