Time and Date is resting automatically.

HI :)

I have a problem if i set the Time and Date then it gets alwas rest afte some hours even if i have nothing done.

I could also not find any help on google hop someone can help me out. I have even update the Phone to WinMo 6.5 but the problem was not fixed.

it gets reset to what date and time?

what is your datetime of your computer?

Is the timezone set correctly ( on device ? )

Time zone is set to "+1 GMT Paris".

PC and Phone time and date settings are the same.

And the Phone gets rest to Time 01:00 and Date 31.11.1999

how do you set your time ? using windows mobile clock ? or using samsung skinned clock application ?

I haven't got my Pro yet, but in i900, in the Windows folder, there is a clock.exe. run that

Ok yesterday i have disabled the Automatic Time zone update and for now the time and date has not been rested strange.

Oh and i have also tried to unhide the menu with this registry key.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Shell\StartInfo]

"HideSettings"=dword:00000000

I will also post back tomorrow if the time and date Bug is gone for sure.

Its if you click on the samsung clock and then option menu. Its the same option like on the PC to automatically synchron the clock online with the atom clock.

check GPS software if it does not have option checked to get the time from the satellite.. this sometimes causes system time to reset
