Dialer not appearing

I originally started with the Omnia Lite dialer but a lot of the features (contact, send text, speakerphone) don't work. I couldn't find the unistaller so I installed another dialer. It was in Russian so I removed it.

After I rebooted the Talk button doesn't bring up any kind of dialer.

What deux I deux?
