help telus i910 how to program

helloo i really need help pleaseee if someone could help i bought an i910 in canada from telus and im from mexico i've searched everywhere and cant find help i dont know how to nam program it i can get to the menu with ##telus cant pick any option i can click on enter and it shows phone number 0000000016 and if i click enter again it shows msid 0000000016 but i cant edit none of them and if i click enter again it goes back to the menu im really scared i cant use it with iusacell
