the best video and audio settings for Nexus One

Has anyone used the Any Video Converter program? I just had it installed in my new Win 7 and would like to convert a couple of videos and movies to Nexus One. Does anybody know what video and audio settings (format, Bitrate, resolution, sample rate) are the best for Nexus One?

You can try Any Video Converter Pro, I find that there is just a Nexus One output profile.
