Wiping my phone, but keeping programs etc

So my phone just got a new class 6 16gb card, and i think something has gone wrong in the process of upgrading and reinstalling etc B)

Im having these odd lagspikes, some of my programs doesnt work properly, where sound is slower than the graphics. So the plan was to completely start over, but i wish to keep my interface the same, and keep all my programs.

I use apps2sd.

But the question is if i do a backup with wavesecure and/or titanium backup will i get everything saved? :)

and for complete wipe, of all the partitions, do i just use wipe from amon ra recovery?

MCR has automatic Apps2SD, all you have to do is do a bart/nand+ext backup and change the sd card and restore it :) (after partitioning your 16gb ofc)
