How do I transfer my Igo8 Favourites?

I have updated my iGO 8 and it works fine but wish to keep my Favourites, like my home address and the places I have save on my previous version. I don't know which files have this information in. I thought it would be easy but I just couldn't find them. Can you help me ? :)
