Guest _melchett Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 i saw this compliation earlier this morning: http://androidhd.blogspot.com/2010/01/50-a...-one-video.html Has anyone had any experience with these games, how do they run. I own SpeedForge and find it struggles to run smoothly (there might be an update by now) SkyForce has definately caught my eye though....
Guest geHuC Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 Its because by default the pulse has wrong OpenCL libraries X.x you should try to install the MCR and see if it fixes your problem :)

Guest Evil Kaz Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 I have the SpeedForge demo and its seems to run fine on my pulse and im on MoDaCo Custom ROM Stock 1.6.
Guest Rem1x Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 (edited) I saw this today, too. 3D is not suited to the pulse. Nor is gaming to be honest. The trackball does not work as a dpad no matter how hard you look at it, and we've only got single touch. Stuff like Bebbled and Abduction are fun though! edit: FRG is good too! Guest geHuC Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 Also now i noticed X.x he is running them on a Droid which is better then the pulse in the hardware department...
Guest dac_kufer Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 works for me too on vanila 1.7
Guest nxsfan Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 (edited) Speed Forge runs very smoothly on my 1.7 Vanilla. As to pretty much all games, very impressed.Want to find a quake port. Edited January 28, 2010 by nxsfan
Guest twe Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 Can recommend Robo Defense on the pulse, its quite addictive! Speed Forge runs smooth on mine too after v1.6 custom rom due to what was mentioned above. ToonWarz runs smooth too but not really a good game on the Pulse due to single touch operations. The original Block Breaker 2 game that came on the t-mobile pulse is still fun.
Guest niko1986 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 Jewels is about the best game ive found for the pulse
Guest Bakes Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...1-vs-nexus-one/ ^ that's a 3d benchmark of the pulse, g1 and nexus one. Remember that the pulse has a lower resolution. Get setcpu from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505419 crank up your pulse to full speed and try it again
