Guest Formel-LMS
There is a problem with the new Kernel. I've setCPU at 384/998 Mhz. With the 5.0.2 it's okay, the cpu thottles down to 384 Mhz. With the new kernel it goes only doen to 684 Mhz. Thats Battery draining pure... Guest Grim Reaper
I get an error on line 234. Can write BOOT. Do you know what is the issue?
Guest xkonni
I get an error on line 234. Can write BOOT. Do you know what is the issue? its an issue with 5.0.3 - the boot.img is too large for some devices. cyanogen has made a fix and packed 5.0.3.1 which should be in the kitchen soon. in the meantime, flash this http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/nexus/testing/boot-new.img with fastboot flash boot boot-new.img The rest of the rom is already there, just boot failed... so that will fix it. Guest Casao
I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance of getting Metamorph built in? I'd love to be able to toss a metamorph.zip up and have it pre-theme everything. Also, hoping for 5.0.3.1 soon.
Guest Formel-LMS
Hoping for 5.0.4. It's soon available. 5.0.3.1 is then old.

Guest Casao
Just wait its gone be 5.4.. Why bother putting 5.0.4 on when a week later we'll see 5.0.5? And 5.0.6 a week after that. There's always another version just around the corner.

Guest liorra3
you can upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.0.3.1 via cyanogen update file: http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/nexus/upda...1-N1-signed.zip all setting and application will be the same as you run with 5.0.

Guest mzach
and in this way no need wipe ? from Paul's baked 5.03 to cyano 5.03.1 ? ? tks for reply I booted into recovery, nandroid'ed, wiped (settings + cache), flashed 5.0.3.1 after that booted up, during boot I connected to the phone and installed 04apps2sd & e2fsck using: adb devices adb remount adb push 04apps2sd /system/etc/init.d/ adb push e2fsck /system/xbin/ adb shell -- in adb shell --- chmod 755 /system/etc/init.d/04apps2sd chmod 755 /system/xbin/e2fsck mkdir /system/sd reboot -- disconnect from adb shell -- after that, boot into fastboot and flash the data.img from the previous nandroid: fastboot devices fastboot flash userdata data.img now reboot the phone and enjoy 5.0.3.1 HTH edit: same procedure works for 5.0.4, too Edited February 27, 2010 by mzach
