I have T mobile Pulse (Huawei U8220).

How I can unlock this phone ( is there possibility this phone to work with a sim card from another mobile operator )

and how I can I update Android 1.5 to 2.0 on this phone ?

Go here for unlock.

Android 2.0 isn't available on the Pulse yet. Keep an eye out on the T-Mobile site for an update or have a look at Custom ROMs here on MoDaCo in the Pulse forum - Link
