Where did my Icons go?(UPDATE)

I installed Mr. Capcoms Final Rom and all was great, i love it. But after i installed all of my programs/apps/games i did a soft reset and found that all the icons for the stuff i just installed, which were there b4 the soft reset now look like the screenshots below. Why does this happen and how can i fix it? They were all installed to Storage Card. I even tried removing and reinstalling and same result after soft reset....HELP!!!!! Someone has to know the answer. Wrong resolution perhaps?

UPDATE...Connect your phone to PC through USB with Mass Storage, My Storage selected. Copy all files on MY Storage to PC. Format the My Storage drive and then Copy/Paste everything back onto Phone. Disconnect USB, Soft Reset and voila Icons have returned. I dont know why it worked but it did. I will post images of the result tomorrow
