Guest onjo Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 Hi, is there a program that exist that can say/speak the time at the press of a button(soft or hard) the reason i want the program is, sometimes in the morning i feel like im waking up to early, but i have to open my eyes to see the time, buts if there was a program that could say/speak the current time that would be perfect. that way i would know if its to early without opening my eyes and i can go back to sleep. cheers

Guest onjo Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 I dont know... But G-alarm does that when you set-up one alarm... not quite what im looking for, i would probably already know the time if i was the set the alarm.. im probably not being descriptive enough, how about software for the visually impaired??
Guest Gibeon Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Just learn to wake up, lazy boy xD
Guest onjo Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Just learn to wake up, lazy boy xD completely unhelpful, as i said sometimes i wake up to early and because i am a light sleeper once i open my eyes it takes a while to get back to sleep.. hence the reason i want to know if i software like this exist.. its like me saying dont use the torch function, learn to do things during the day or only in bright areas.

I am also a light sleeper, so I know your problem.. here's one http://grapefruitopia.com/smartphone/clock.shtml Edited February 2, 2010 by new2city
Guest TVThemeGuy Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 (edited) What about Voice Command? Just assign a button to Voice Command (a one-time process), press the button and ask "What time is it?" Your device will respond with "The time is..." No eyes necessary. Most of today's Windows Mobile phones seem to come with it. I hope this helps. Edited February 2, 2010 by TVThemeGuy
