cant view receive sms

hi i have a toshiba tg01 wm 6.5,hovever it can send sms without problems but when i receive sms the phone lights up but i cant find the sms in the inbox or in the phone.the phone is receiving sms but cant find or view it.i can view sent sms hovever .please help

Have you saved your attached files in Storage card ?

or something elses...

A specific folder is created in root of storage card... when you delete it...

You retrieve acess to sms/email...

WM OS bugs...
