cant flash my omnia i900

I bought my omnia in Hong kong( i'm sure it's omnia cause when i get battery out, the stick under battery is writen omnia SGH i900) i check IMEI too and it match with imei writed in stick under batery, but when i check version ( seting/system /version) it's I908ZHHH1 (pda and phone )??, but the problem is i cant flash my device with any i900 cooked rom , the flash screen stand by in downloading eboot...... i waitted but nothing happen, (after that i unpluged cable and reset it continued working with old rom (i908ZHHH1) ,

So anyone can help me tell me how to flash my device please
