Has anyone experience any trouble with the 1900 mghz ?

Hello..

My mobile has the december update and works fine in city at 850 mghz but if i go outside the city where carrier works on 1900 mghz.. it says network unavailabe :) .. my sister has a nokia 5230 with the same carrier and it works fine...

the carrier works with gsm 850/1900 mghz and 3g/hsdpa network on 850 (i don´t use data plan)

any help will be appreciated..

I have an old Sony ericcson k300a works fine (both outside and inside the city) and has the following bands gsm:GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900 since this phone its quite old (2006) it doesn´t support 3g/hsdpa networks..

Do i need to replace or upgrade my old sim card?

pls help me out..
