It's part of the 1.6 android upgrade.

We can't get it until HTC release 2.1!

Its part of another home application, Open Home and you have to purchase this particular home application to get the widget as its not available in the trial version.

This wdget is available by defualt on Acer Liquid. I think will be no problem to get it from there...
