Cannot customize WM 6.5 lock screen

I have a Vodafone B7610, recently upgraded from 6.1 to 6.5

My lock screen looks like a WM 6.5 lock screen with slider, but when I try to change the appearance of the lock screen in settings I get the 'old' WM 6.1 (push button) lock screen.

Anyone an idea how to resolve this?

I fail to see the problem: WM6.5 offers, out-of-the-box, a new and and the old method of unlocking your phone. Quite like you describe here.

I have only one method to lock the screen: the new method with slider. BUT (in settings) I can only configure the old method locking screen wich (of course) has no result.

How do you think I could change between the old and new method?
