Reboot cycles after flashing custom ROM?!

Hello all. Just got my N1 today and Rooted it.... install Amon_RA recovery Image 1.3.5 and did a NAND Backup and flashed Custom ROM 5.0 Beta4 from here with the extra stuff (the second link in the area) and now it is in a constant reboot cycle

Constant only way for me to get back to the Android so I can work it and everything I have to restore my nand

I still have rooting but have tried 3 different Custom ROMS and STILL constant reboot

I have tried Cy Beta 4 from here, the offical one from his forum thread on XDA and ASLO another one I found called Enomther's TheOfficial Nexus1 v1.5.1

Yes I applied the ERE27 update BEFORE unlocking my bootloader and everything

Any help would be appreciated ;) I hate this not working

You need to do a Wipe before you flash the ROM ;)

i have also noticed now my wifi will not start and I have done a hard reboot... do u think a wipe will solve that issue also?
