I am looking for an app that can block anonymous calls, so my phone will only ring when I get calls from my contact list.

The app Advanced Call Blocker will block anonymous calls (i.e. a private, restricted or unknown number, what happens when you dial *67 before the number). It can also block all numbers that are not listed in your contacts. When you block you can either have the app answer/hang up, send the call to voicemail, or just silence your phone. Should accomplish what you are looking to do.
