Do you have Modaco Custom ROM 1.7 installed? I have the same issue sometimes, but turning the screen off then on again helps.

sometimes turning the screen off helps. but now it can't help any more. i can't find any laws that when and how this happen. probably it's hardware issue.

i have tried many ROM including Paul's 1.6 and China Unicom ROM ,etc, i think it's not about the ROM, but about the hardware.

Anything possible related to this screen problem I have considered, except the hardware I can't solve.
