Yeah, I found that strange too. Downloaded the file at it's called

_HTC Hero_RUU_Hero_HTC_WWE_2.73.405.5_WWE_release_signed_NoDriver.exe

As far as I can see this is not a new ROM. Perhaps the "auto tweet" system is wrong.

Don't think it's a "auto tweet" problem as the support page has a new update for the Hero in the whats new section
