xml editing

I have recently installed Ibrythill WM7 Titanium project.cab and have edited the xml for the programs tab with no issues.

I need to edit the settings tab now.

I have tried to find the xml for the settings tab as the comm manager.exe does not exist in the directory that the link points to. I get an error saying something about unsigned certificates.

When I tried to edit the values in chome, nothing seemed to change when I toggled back windows default.

Can someone tell me how to change these values or where to find the xml?
