internet connection problem from sector's rom

This ROM is amazing. my i908 become faster and smoother than before. But I got a serious problem that I can't access to the internet using usb + activesync, same thing happening to wifi. I seem don't have the connection to internet in ie, opera or msn. But the weird thing is i can still update the weather! But it is hard to test because you can only update the weather once a day. I tried to choose other operator in operator setting but there is no any choice of operator exist there.

Can someone tell me how to fix the problem? I like this rom but i need internet connection as well! Thanks in advance!

Due to the issue of BTar. I need to flash my phone again. Now here again the internet problem. I don't have any option in operator setting. it's just drop down an empty list. I can't have my internet connection in both active sync or 3g connection. I don't know what are the relation between two. i have tried to remove my sim and plug it back to have it auto setup but still not working. I want to knwo if there is a solution to this issue. I don't want to flash to an old rom anymore. because the new rom is faster and more beautiful.

Which Sector's rom you're talking about? "Hades"? "Hades" had quite some issues, instead the good old "Zeus" Lite, which was the best 6.5 of Sector.

I am not using sector rom now. I amd trying lastest P_Dhee's rom. look good. everything feel good. btar is working beside of some noise produce in the bluetooth. but this is not very big concern i guess. The biggest problem is that i can't have my internet connection. Even i have installed ADC. I can connection to the 3G. but nothing in opera, ie...etc. and the 3G disconnect itself after a period of time like 1 min. Even I plug it into PC and try to have internet connection through activeSync but still nothing come out. So what's wrong and how can i fix it?

P.S. I tried several rom. Ock, ryrzy's lastest rom. are having the same problem. but ryrzy's second to the last rom is good! just no btar. btw, mine omnia is i908. does it make any different? thanks in advance

I followed ntbook's post and got my internet work now. thanks! I paste it here.

Finally I get it to work with gprs!! I will post the steps i followed, in case there is someone here whose operator in his country are no included in the ROM's operator list, so you will not be able to choose any from the list. It´s almost the same as posted before, with a small difference that made it work for me.

After installing the ROM, make a HardReset.

When it starts again and promts for automatic download settings of your operator, answer NO

After that, It asks you to choose from a list of operators (which if you have the same problem I had, it will be empty) THIS is the key step: Do not answer this box nor with the "ok" in the upper right corner or the softkeys, just press the hardware "Hang" button so it lets you exit to main screen.

After that, you can go to Start, Settings, Connections, Connections and there Add a new modem Connection, using the setting of your operator (you should get this info calling your provider or google it)

And that's it, hope it helps someone!
