I'm considering this item http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/A-Black-Full-Housing...=item2c52b59666 Has anyone any experience of replacing the housing and touch screen...... ......is it any better.........anyone ever used this seller? I recently did a touch screen bought off ebay. I followed one of the instruction videos off youtube and it was straight forward. Just make sure you push back the little ribbon cables into their connectors firmly or you will not get good contact. My LCD didn't light up at first power on, and I had to re-visit this. I had a full housing as well but found the front bezel was too tight a fit, and the call-end button panel needs the centre square cut out for the finger mouse button. After that it went on but didn't sit properly and only the call button clicked. In the end the only part I used from the housing kit was the back panel. The new touch screen was a good improvement, but only on a phone where the touch screen was really poor. I have another Omnia that has an original screen that is just as sensitive as the ebay replacement.
