time problem

i have a problem with time in wm6.5

i have a i900 omnia with steff195_i900_6.5._23529 as a rom installed

but now if my phone shut down my time stops and i can't use my alarms

can anyone help me with this problem

Well the alarm does NOT work if the phone is turned off.
