The white one is only 119 Kb ?

Try to flash it.

It give me an error: Verification failed --> Installation aborted.

Copy it manually to /System/Media/Bootscreen

I'll try and resign it. I must admit, that I didn't test it on my phone.

I'm also editing a bit, so that the android comes out and waves.

Nice work again mate.

Here's an idea for you... bullet holes appear and then blood comes dripping down to cover the screen.

It could almost be like the A-Team, but the bullet holes spell out HTC or Hero.
