I've a parrot minikit sunvisor jobbie.

It worked fine with my Hero.

My N1 would work when I recieved calls, but not when I rang out- only via the phone not the parrot.

I unstalled the google update recently and not it works even less! The parrot rings but thats it, when I answer it it just transfers the call to the phone completely.

Any ideas?

It's a standard untouched N1- I've not bothered about rooting and tooting it yet

Cheers.

Mine goes through a BlueTooth JVC Stereo, music and calls, and all seems fine here.

I'm having mixed results with bluetooth. In my old car i had a parrot CK3100 (firmware version 4.16), this worked perfectly with the Nexus. My new car has the same parrot but version 4.21 firmware and i cannot pair it with the Nexus at all, when i try the phone does not prompt me for a pin, it just fails.

Now on to bluetooth headsets, it pairs fine with my O2 Blue headset, which is really uncomfortable to wear for the record. I have a more comfortable Sony Ericsson headset which it pairs with but whenever i make/receive a call i have to press the bluetooth button on the phone screen.

My Nexus isn't working in my '08 G35 Sedan... :D It pairs but no audio goes through the car system. When I receive a call, audio still comes out of the phone.

This is a subject that I have been having problems with since my Hero days. I have a Ford Galaxy that has the Bluetooth built into the in car Sony Stero System, when I had my Nokia N95 everything worked fine, received calls in, make calls out and had contacts list and calls in and out show up on the car stereo display. With the hero I could pair up, make and receive calls with very poor audio from car to callers, no caller display or any call or contacts list. When I first got the Nexus I was very pleased that everything worked, it paired easily, caller display worked and the calls and contacts list displayed on the stereo display, the only problem still that everyone says that I sound very distant when talking via bluetooth. Thought it might be a problem with the car but when I connected an I Phone the caller volume is fine. Now that I have been adding the new roms some of the features have stopped working, since modaco 1.5 and 1.6 the caller display only works on an incomming call, and the calls list does not update not showing any of the recent calls made or received. I know that it does not seem like a big problem, but nowdays total handsfree is a major thing when driving about.

Picked up a demonstrator Audi A6 Le Mans today - and the bluetooth works flawlessly with full address book sync and voice control.

Will be a fun weekend - plan on putting about 600 miles on the car before giving it back on Monday.. lol
