Converting from DXIA5 to DTHJ9

Hello,

I am trying to install Dr Dot ROM (Light Version) but I have a DXIA5 at a time Dr Dot's base should be DTHJ9.

I am asking the gurus here, how can I install the Dr's version? Anyway I can switch from DXIA to DTHJ?
