HELP, what happened to my gps?

my gps does not work fails to establish my location and I get the message

"your location is not currently available", I can only establish

my location data using 3g or wifi, but this is not accurate, the GPS does not work, before applying the root, the OTA update, radio and all other patches

worked fine, no problems before the OTA update did a

nand backup, I tried to restore the original version did not have the OTA,
