JavaBox - possibile to run on 2.1? Parsing issue

I tried to push the "JavaBox" on my Hero. I am running currently a 2.1 custom ROM (Vanillain), .apk and .so files are in the right places (system/app and system/lib).

I am getting unfortunately a "Parsing" FC.

Is it a 2.1 issue or am I doing something wrong while installation? Any help or hint is appreciated! Thank you!
