Creating shortcuts for Windows Mobile 6.5

Hi

How can I create shortcuts in the Programs folder in Win Mobile 6.5 for Excel, Word, Powerpoint, One note etc. Also If I want a shorcut to a specific photo or a specific song?

Otherwise programs isa a repetition of the programs found under Start.
