Guest emailpivot Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 Hey Gurus, Angio's rom is awesome, but i'd like take my acer liquid back to normality. In a Win Vista environment, when I start the flash of a Rom through the Acer download tool, the tool gets stucked. No strange errors just the damn window saying "the program stopped working, windows is looking fo a solution" :D Yeah.. sure :D So the question is if anybody ever had this problem, consider that I've installed the acer usb drivers, and adb is working properly... Should this have no answer, any idea on how to flash bin roms without using the acer tool? Thank you all, I owe you a shag with my favourite escorts....

Guest Andy__P Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 You could also try to run it xp compatibility mode and admin rights.
Guest emailpivot Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 First of all thanks, after this: I've tried it both with and without debug mode active... I'd talked to persons using vista and it worked smoothly, but it's probably worth a try, how can I run xp compatibility? Cheers guys, tell me what escort you want!
Guest kylenk Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 works fine under vista 32(as admin) and xp. You probably do not have .net framework installed :D
Guest designgears Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 install .net and run as administrator.

Guest emailpivot Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 I had .net installed (at least that's what it says when I'm apparently trying to reinstall it). I'll try the compatibility mode, after I solved my doubts on whether it's useful or not to flash the original 2.0016 acer rom... Anyhow guys, all of your advices have been much more than appreciated, thank you!
