FM radio for alarm - anybody is able to use with custom ROMs?

Installed Rob's ROM (v201.1,M2D ROM - Storm - CF03, Com 5 (235xx) + 285xx) with Manila - great ROM. Patched weather, added Opera 10, etc - no problems.

But still can't get Samsung Clock + Alarm watcher work. Samsung clock allows me to have radio for alarm. I really like this feature, so I've installed samsung clock. But it doesn't work, probably, because I can't install "Alarm watcher". When I try to install Alarm Watcher I'm getting following error:

Installation unsuccessful. The program can't be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

Anybody uses radio as alarm? Any advice would be welcome.

Let's change the question - anybody knows firmware with WM 6.5 and working Samsung Clock? :D
