Guest Amr Ibrahim Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 When tried to take a picture with the camera. It takes the picture and goes to the review screen, however after that I am unable to open the picture in the camera application or any other viewer. It just displays the message "unable to read file". Videos work fine and nothing else seems wrong with the phone. I've tried a hard reset and am at a loss as to what may be wrong.

Guest Geert Jalink Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 Thanks for your reply. if its a hardware fault why the video not corrupted also. WARNING!! THIS MIGHT >>NOT<< BE A HARDWARE FAULT!!! You have to connect the internal 8GB flash as a flash drive inside windows, next you run CHKDSK /f X: where X is your assigned drive. If this does not work, take everything you need from the device, back it up and perform a hardreset. (reformats drive) I think you just have a filesystem error. (like any diskdrive it can happen to flashdrives)
