Guest masterpfa Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Salivating right now! The futures looking bright. Android & HTC leading the way!! :D :D
Guest SteveEdson Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Tomorrow is going to be a great day :D
Guest experium Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 (edited) There are alot of rumours that the Bravo (AKA Desire) will get 320MB RAM. is that true? or is the 576MB RAM you state correct? Also, there are rumours it will get Android 2.0 instead of 2.1.? Edited February 15, 2010 by experium
Guest blackcoffee85 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Seems unlikely, experium. It wouldn't make sense to complicate the manufacturing by changing the hardware.
Guest Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Seems unlikely that it'd come with 2.0 given that they're producing Sense for Hero on 2.1, I imagine they'd do everything for the same version.
Guest sibbor Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 I've got a white HTC Hero now and looking forward to upgrade to a HTC Desire (Bravo). Although, I don't want a brown one. I think it was a bad decision by HTC to make black covers exclusive to certain operators (in my case - not even available in my country). Therefore I hope HTC plan to release a few more colors for this phone. Would kill for a black one ;-)
Guest erugalatha Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 sorry. i have just drooled a bit on your thread. beautiful phones.
Guest commodoor Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Nice specs, what will it be? This phone or nexus on ?? Damn cant choose :D
Guest leonxki Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Looking VERY sexy. SO much choice available debating my next move.
Guest SteveEdson Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Nice specs, what will it be? This phone or nexus on ?? Damn cant choose :D Why can't you choose? Its the nexus one, but with the amazing Sense UI :D I hope its coming soon and isn't ridiculously over priced :/
Guest dudeldei Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Why can't you choose? Its the nexus one, but with the amazing Sense UI :D I hope its coming soon and isn't ridiculously over priced :/ This is NOT Nexus One....This one has hardware buttons at the bottom and actually that's something I find preferrable. I also have a 'crush on' Nexus and want one, but after seeing this...well I'm not THAT in love anymore :D
Guest jabreu203 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Is there a launch date? How long before Sense is ported to the N1?
Guest rav1patel Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 (edited) Looks great. I'd love one but I know as soon as Gingerbread comes out I'll get annoyed seeing N1 owners get their updates instantly while HTC faff about and leave Desire owners hanging. Hopefully it will come to t-mobile in the UK, seems to be the cheapest network right now.
Guest stevenz Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Gah, why no 850Mhz HSDPA still!? Otherwise, want!
Guest jdm01 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh!!! :D Just need price........money waiting! J
Guest commodoor Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Looks great. You are right, look at the hero it takes ages to get the next update. Ok i also like the sense its great and makes a lot easier. but its almost the same as the nexus. If we look at the updates i think nexus will be sooner to update. what makes this phone better than the nexus (except sensui)?
Guest Exodia Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Gah, why no 850Mhz HSDPA still!? Otherwise, want! Im feeling the same way. Why no 850MHz HTC, Why? :D I guess its either wait 6 or more months after launch until it shows up in 850 3G, or get one when it launches and do without 3G (which im doing just fine without for now. haha). Guess i'll be getting one when it drops. :D
Guest Amdathlonuk Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Hmmmmmm, I'm due a free ugrade in 2 months. Wonder what the chances are.. :D Already own a Nexus so the Bravo seems logical :D
Guest hamzax7x Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 Where is the 720p and Dolby sound love?? it was on the slides from the leak in december i hope they keep it, cuz this phones gonna be killer!
Guest stevenz Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 Where is the 720p and Dolby sound love?? it was on the slides from the leak in december i hope they keep it, cuz this phones gonna be killer! 1280x720 resolution from a screen that size would be hugely expensive, and I don't see any use for surround-sound on a phone. Or am I missing something?
Guest hamzax7x Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 it was mentioned on the leak from december, it was on the slides and they were advertising it pretty heavily on there plus 720p recording is coming to MOST high end phones this year, and that dolby sound is for virtual surround sound tech for headphones, the omnia HD has it 720p is the system seller here, since this is very similar to the nexus one excluding the SENSE UI and a familiar shape
Guest SteveEdson Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 there was a leak for a HTC Incredible which had those features, its a different phone but not sure when that's coming.
